Heat a pan and add 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in it.
Add ½ tbsp of Cumin Seeds, Ginger-Garlic Paste. Mix it.
Add spring onion into the pan.
After 1-2 minutes add 1 chopped Tomato in the pan.
Add ½ tbsp of red chili powder, ½ tbsp of coriander powder, Kasturi Methi and salt (as per taste).
Then add Gatte in the masala.
Mix it on low-medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
When Gatte is totally mixed with masala then add that boiled water which reserves for Gatte curry.
Boil it until Gatte is completely observed and mix in Curry.
Lastly, garnish Gatte Ki Curry with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with Chapati (Roti) or Parantha.
